This Privacy Policy explains how Fanarex Technologies ("Fanarex," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Fanarex ERP (the "Service").
We collect business operational data that you and your team enter into the Service, including inventory records, stock movements, stock counts, tenant configuration settings, and user account information (name, email, role). We do not collect payment card data, health data, or biometric data.
We use the information you provide solely to operate, maintain, and support the Service for your organization. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Your data is stored within the Microsoft Azure UAE region, supporting compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, your data is retained in a read-only state for thirty (30) days, during which you may request a data export. After this period, all data is permanently and securely deleted from our production environment.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties except where required by UAE law or where necessary to deliver the Service (for example, our underlying cloud infrastructure provider).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below. Where you are the data controller for personal data of your own employees or customers entered into the Service, Fanarex acts strictly as your data processor.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including role-based access control, business-unit level data isolation between customers, and secure credential management practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable advance notice.
